`Idappa Abhimana andre` – noted producer and secretary of Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce Sa Ra Govindu has resigned his position for the sake of Kannada and it is on the issue of dubbing.

Today morning Sa Ra Govindu went straight to KFCC and tendered his resignation for secretary position and came to the historic rally on `Dubbing`.

As the KFCC is mum on this dubbing issue and being a key man participating in dubbing protest was irksome to Sa Ra Govindu. He did the honest thing in his life and came before the mike to address on Monday afternoon mammoth address.

I don`t want any leadership. All stars are here today shows the strength. Dubbing was stopped fifty years ago by Ana Krishna Rayaru, Ma Ramamurthy, Dr Rajakumar, Balakrishna, GV Iyer, TN Balakrishna and others. Today our own people are using tactics to bring dubbing. We are not against to any language. Dubbing will be a big blow culturally and professionally. Just because a few stars are not available some of the producers are taking wrong methods. One should not see the stage of artists and technicians coming to streets. Sa Ra Govindu remembered Tippu Sultan issue of dubbing that was put down by statement of Dr Rajakumar.
